With extensive experience gained through studies worldwide, Claudia has spent the last 16 years building her career in London.
As the founder of two holistic health practices, she has successfully helped countless patients recover from challenging injuries and chronic conditions.
In the past five years, Claudia’s postnatal journey fueled a deep passion for women’s health.
Her approach uniquely integrates musculoskeletal and sports performance expertise with holistic postnatal care, bridging the gap between traditional pelvic therapy and functional training to restore strength, function, and confidence in mothers’ bodies.
